Matel romanced our food choices by explaining every detail of the process and the love that went into dish. Exceptional service. Each dish was delightful and only used the highest quality ingredients. The complexity and layers of flavours were like a 5 Star Michelin meal at a fraction of the cost. "We had a lovely dinner. We started with beetroot with smoked goat cheese and the other dish were the eggplant and gamba's. It was absolutely delicious. As a main we had the pasta with mussels and as other dish the roasted cauliflower. To close we had the ricotta fig tartelette and the Guiana chocolate dessert. The woman told us the cube dessert was adjusted, but the chocolate with cherries were the best! We would absolutely recommend to have dinner here while you are in La Spezia. The price-quality is outstanding."
